Supply Chain
Letsepe Foods is a forwardly integrated business where we own our fleet, further capitalising on the Letsepe Transport fleet. This allows us to effectively manage our supply chain, where we pass the savings onto our clients. Our management team has over 20 years of experience in food supply chain management, where they currently manage a dry goods warehouse and cold chain facility which are all compliant with food safety standards.
We remain on target with our on-time and in full (OTIF) delivery matrix and aim to ensure that our clients understand this and help us become better at meeting these targets.
Product Offering
Over the years, Letsepe Foods has built a relationship with multinational and local FMCG, and other food manufacturers based in South Africa which enables us to have access to multiple branded products across multiple categories. We further look to grow our product portfolio by working with import agents. Letsepe Foods currently has over 1000 SKUs on offer and is seeing growth in this as we continue to grow our markets.
Letsepe Foods holds a liquor distribution license which further allows us to have access to and distribute different brands and types of liquor.
Letsepe Foods also have private label sauces and maize which predominantly caters to the catering industry, informal food sectors as well as the export market.
Letsepe Foods has further concluded exclusive distribution deals with small local food producers which cater to different markets including oil and gas, and mining.
